How we work
Looking after the people who work here
Everyone who sets foot on this site, our employees, contractors and visitors alike, matters to us, and our work health and safety system exists to look after them. We would rather slow down than see anyone hurt.
We also know a safety system is never finished. We listen to the people on the floor, act on the feedback they give us, and continuously improve the way we operate. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it.
On-site support
Health professionals on site, for anyone who needs them
Processing is skilled, physical work. So the support is physical too, and it’s here on site, available to anyone who needs it, not a referral away.
