Big River Pork runs a fully integrated production system at Murray Bridge. Receival, processing, boning, offal, carton and load-out all happen here, which means nothing changes hands between stages and one standard applies across all of them.

Those standards are not ours to mark alone. Quality, animal welfare, safety and environmental practice are independently audited, and government regulators work on site as part of the day-to-day operation.
