A short look at the plant, the people and the work, so you know exactly who we are before your first shift.
Inside, it is a large, modern, purpose-built plant kept cold, clean and well lit. Everyone works in supplied personal protective equipment, and the site runs to strict hygiene and biosecurity standards, so what you see is a controlled environment rather than an improvised one.
The work is skilled and physical, and it is done in teams. Production, boning room, maintenance and administration each have their own rhythm, and training moves people between them as their skills build. Most of the people here started with no processing experience at all.
