Close to farms, grain supplies and transport
The plant sits in the Murraylands, close to the producers we work with, to grain supplies and to major transport routes, short journeys in, and an efficient path to market for finished product.
A biosecure, controlled site
Access, movement and hygiene are managed at every point, including a purpose-built three-bay truck wash, the only one of its kind on site at a South Australian pork processing facility, where every vehicle is thoroughly washed, cleaned and sterilised before it returns to farm.
Chilling built to protect yield
Plenum-design chillers reduce drip loss by significant amounts, and their modular design means chilling capacity can expand at any time to meet production demand.
Advanced packing and load-out
Advanced shrink-wrapping and vacuum-packing equipment feeds a dedicated carton and load-out area, keeping the cold chain intact from chiller to truck.
Prepared for export markets
Our offal system is designed specifically to meet the needs of Asian markets, with dedicated handling and presentation standards.
