Training Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to own site training coordination across the plant. This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with HR and operational leaders to make sure people are inducted properly, trained against the right competencies, and refreshed before records fall behind. You will report to the HR Manager.

What you will do

• Participate in site inductions for employees.
• Maintain training records, registers and refresher schedules.
• Plan and run the site training calendar.
• Administer the LMS and keep records audit-ready.
• Support supervisors and subject-matter experts to deliver on-the-job training consistently.
• Track training completion, identify gaps and report on compliance and capability.
• Support WHS, quality and operational training needs, including SafeWork and customer audit requirements.

About you

• Proven experience coordinating training in a manufacturing, food processing, warehousing or similar operational site.
• Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Confident working with frontline teams and supervisors on a busy plant floor.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and experience using an LMS or training database.
• Current driver's licence and ability to work on site in Murray Bridge.

Highly regarded

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122).
• Experience in meat processing, food manufacturing or another high-compliance production environment.
• WHS knowledge and experience supporting inductions, competencies and audit preparation.
• Experience building simple, practical work instructions rather than overly theoretical training packs.
